Wrestle Within was born in a season of depression that almost won. We built this brand for the teen lying awake at night, the athlete carrying weight no scale measures, the believer learning that struggle is sacred ground.
"I started wrestling when I was five years old, but even before that, at four, I was already fighting battles no one could see. I was adopted, and for a long time I felt powerless, lost, and alone. School was hard. Wrestling became hard. The pain followed me everywhere, and it all built up until my mental health completely broke me down."
"But wrestling taught me how to fight, and life taught me I had to fight for myself. With the love and support of my parents, I started facing those battles head-on. Today I'm stronger, independent, and truly grateful for the family that chose me."
